Ann Arbor Palestine Film Festival
MICHIGAN
The Ann Arbor Palestine Film Festival was founded in 2008 by a group of University of Michigan students eager to bring Palestinian film to their campus and community.
Since its first debut in spring 2009, two more successful festivals were held in 2010 and 2011, respectively. After a brief haitus and a new batch of organizers, the Ann Arbor Palestine Film Festival is back and ready for its fourth annual festival season: March 19-22, 2015.
By amplifying Palestinian voices through the screen arts, the film festival aims to educate the community of Ann Arbor about the arts, culture, politics, and history of Palestine.
The Ann Arbor Palestine Film Festival is an independent and non-sectarian student organization at the University of Michigan.
