We invite you to join us. On Saturday February 7, 2015, Access California Services celebrates its 16th anniversary during its annual fundraising gala: “Preserving Dignity, Enriching Lives”.

Thousands of guests, local and national corporate sponsors, foundations, government entities, public officials, and celebrities attend the gala to support the cause of successful resettlement; celebrate the accomplishments of recent refugees and immigrants; and recognize the individuals who make a difference in the communities we serve.

Each year, thousands of refugees and immigrants resettle in the United States to escape conflict, natural disasters, and/or persecution with the hope of seeking safety, freedom, and the American Dream. Refugees cannot return to their country of origin because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, and nationality, or membership in a particular social group or political opinion; therefore, many come to the United States with nothing but their dignities and the hope to build better futures for themselves and their families.

With the support of community members like you, our gala has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years to support Access California Services’ programs and services that enrich the lives of thousands of less fortunate refugees and immigrants. By joining us through ticket purchases or sponsorship, you are helping many individuals and families maintain their dignities and rebuild their lives by providing them with the support they need to become self-reliant, healthy, and contributing citizens.
