DESCRIPTION:CALIFORNIA\n\nWe invite you to join us. On Saturday February 7\
 , 2015\, Access California Services celebrates its 16th anniversary during
  its annual fundraising gala: “Preserving Dignity\, Enriching Lives”.\
 n\nThousands of guests\, local and national corporate sponsors\, foundatio
 ns\, government entities\, public officials\, and celebrities attend the g
 ala to support the cause of successful resettlement\; celebrate the accomp
 lishments of recent refugees and immigrants\; and recognize the individual
 s who make a difference in the communities we serve.\n\nEach year\, thousa
 nds of refugees and immigrants resettle in the United States to escape con
 flict\, natural disasters\, and/or persecution with the hope of seeking sa
 fety\, freedom\, and the American Dream. Refugees cannot return to their c
 ountry of origin because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecut
 ion on account of race\, religion\, and nationality\, or membership in a p
 articular social group or political opinion\; therefore\, many come to the
  United States with nothing but their dignities and the hope to build bett
 er futures for themselves and their families.\n\nWith the support of commu
 nity members like you\, our gala has raised hundreds of thousands of dolla
 rs over the years to support Access California Services’ programs and se
 rvices that enrich the lives of thousands of less fortunate refugees and i
 mmigrants. By joining us through ticket purchases or sponsorship\, you are
  helping many individuals and families maintain their dignities and rebuil
 d their lives by providing them with the support they need to become self-
 reliant\, healthy\, and contributing citizens.\n\nJoin us on our mission t
