US Kids Retailer to Open 10 UAE Stores

A US children’s retail brand is open 11 stores in the UAE, the company has announced.

Kidville, which offers a wide range of developmental classes, indoor playgrounds and retail boutiques, will open its first store in Dubai in spring 2010.

Kidville’s local franchise partner in the region will be VAMM International controlled by the Malhotra family. Monica Malhotra, who was most recently a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in New York, will lead operations on behalf of the family.

Andy Stenzler, CEO of Kidville said: “We are very excited to be increasing our international presence with multiple locations in the UAE.”
