St. Mary's Antiochian Orthodox Bascilica Announces Easter Services

Father George Shalhoub and St. Mary’s Antiochian Orthodox Basicilica have announced holy week services for this week.

The Easter week schedule is as follows:

April 13 Monday, Bridegroom Service—7:00 pm.

April 14 Tuesday, Bridegroom Service—7:00 pm

April 15 Wednesday, Healing Service—7 pm;
Reading of the 7 Gospels and 7 Epistles

April 16 Thursday, Vesperal Liturgy for the Last
Supper, 10:00 a.m. Holy Thursday, 7pm;
Reading of the 12 Passion Gospels and
Procession with the Holy Cross

April 17 Friday, Good Friday
Holy Hours—10:00 a.m.
Lamentations—7:00 pm

April 18 Saturday, St. Basil the Great
Liturgy—10:00 a.m.

Evening Service Holy Easter
The Resurrection of our Lord
Rush/Matins/Liturgy 10:30 p.m.
Breakfast to follow

April 19 Sunday, Easter—Agape Service 1:30 p.m.
The Gospel of the Resurrection is read in
several languages followed by the
children’s Easter Egg Hunt.
