Peace to all ✌️. My brothers and sisters. WE ARE BEING TESTED. Yesterday, February 10th around 5:11 PM. An elderly man in Chappelle hill, walked into an apartment block and murdered three of our Muslim siblings. Deah at the age of 23, Yusor at the age of 21, and Razan at the age of 19. These were young strong hearted Muslims who had aA dedicated there lives to the TRUE Islam that you all and I know. Sometimes Allaha tests an individual, sometimes he tests a whole community. But there are even tests for the whole Muslim Ummah. The media coverage for this has been very poor and we all know why. aA we are doing a good job of spreading it on social media but there is something more important we should be doing! That is praying for them. The only thing that can help there souls now. We must remember to remain calm in a situation like this. In the time of the Prophet pbu, he watched countless numbers of his companions fall. In even more inhumane ways. But he never faltered. He remained calm and peaceful. Which is what we need to strive to do. There is no form of retaliation that can justify what has been done. No spot where we can hit the oppressors that will be fair for what they did. But we CAN pray. And Allah is the most just! This man’s time of judgement will come inshallah. We must pray for these 3 young Muslims. Please attend our next pray in. It will be held on February 15th at al huda masjid. 6:30 on the dot for Maghrib prayer inshallah! This is not dedicated to just the youth or even to just al huda community. This is for every man, woman, and youth member who would like to strive for the Muslim sunnah. So please, come attend. Spread the word to PRAY, in the name of Allah, MOST just and all knowing.
