We will learn to make three appetizers: mutabbal, muhammara, and mutabbal shawander. Mutabbal is an eggplant dip. Muhammara hot pepper dip. Mutabbal shawander is a beets dip. Shaima will bring a sampling of musakhan for us to try along with the dip appetizers. Musakhan is roasted chicken cooked with onions and sumac in a wrap. This course is 35$ per person. Classes do start on time on the 9th floor in the chefs kitchen. Please come 10 minutes beforehand. Each member will receive all the 3 recipes cards to take home and full serving of each item! Please remember to bring pen/pencil to take notes and water.
