 s of proved crude oil reserves as of January 1\, 2015\, representing almos
 t 18% of proved reserves in the Middle East and almost 9% of global reser
 ves. Ranking 5th in the world\, Iraq has five super-giant fields in the so
 uth that account for about 60% of the country’s total proved oil reserve
 s. Their proved natural gas reserves as of January 1\, 2015 were 12th larg
 est in the world at almost 112 trillion cubic feet (TcF)\, and about three
 -fourths of Iraq’s natural gas reserves are associated with oil\, most o
 f which also lie in the super-giant fields in the south.\n\nIn order to su
 pport these natural reserves\, Iraq is looking to rebuild its oil and gas 
 infrastructure through targeted trade and investment\, which is why we are
