 lly their heart. Spiritually\, it’s no different. There are ailments and
  diseases of the heart that can weaken our faith and paralyze our relation
 ship with Allah [swt]. This workshop will focus on developing character\, 
 habits and practice that will strengthen the condition of the physical and
  spiritual heart\, so that all who take it can taste the sweetness of fait
 h and enjoy living The Good Life.\n\n
