The Muslim Youth Voices Project is a national three-year initiative of the Center for Asian American Media. It provides a supportive and creative space for an often misunderstood community in America to tell its own stories. In 2014, the project gathered teens, ages 15 – 18, in New York City and Fremont, CA, for a free seven-day filmmaking intensive, led by noted filmmaker Musa Syeed and other media professionals from each city.
This project is made possible with the generous support of the Doris Duke Foundation for Islamic Art
