DESCRIPTION:The Middle East Dialogue is for policy makers\, scholars\, busi
 ness and social leaders\, and members of the community to discuss current 
 issues in the region. Its purpose is to promote multidisciplinary conversa
 tion about topics that include\, but are not limited to education initiati
 ves\, social\, economic and political reforms\, nuclear proliferation\, in
 terfaith dialogue\, women's gains and challenges\, peace initiatives\, and
  potential areas of conflict. We welcome a spectrum of political and relig
 ious persuasions to discuss issues in a spirit of tolerance and free disco
 urse.
