 e last few years\, independent recording artist and activist Khaled M is g
 earing up for more this Spring as he begins speaking and performing at col
 leges and universities across the nation!\n\nKhaled M is a Chicago-based L
 ibyan-American hip hop artist was born into the struggle. The reigning Chi
 cago Urban Music Awards “Lyricist of the Year” has been featured in Ro
 llingStone Magazine\, Complex Mag\, CNN\, ABC WorldNews\, Life + Times\, Y
 ahoo! Entertainment\, BBC and more. With a story fit for a Hollywood scrip
 t\, a loyal international fan base and a live show se!ing stages ablaze\, 
 it’s no wonder he was listed as one of CNN’s “Most Interesting Peopl
 e.”\n\nRecently\, Khaled M has was featured in Sing Freedom\, a ten-part
  (episode) documentary series about the musical scene that emerged from th
 e Arab Spring movement across the Middle East and North Africa. Filming to
 ok place in more than 15 cities around the world. In the one episode\, the
  filmmakers follow Khaled M's emotional journey in returning to his homela
 nd of Libya after the popular uprisings and subsequent fall of Muammer Gad
