P i e r r e H a d d a d brings with him more than 30 years of choreography work and dance experience in Middle Eastern Folklore and Oriental dance. He has worked with legendary Lebanese icon Fayrouz, Salwah el Katrib and was the LEAD DANCE TRAINER OF THE NADIA GAMAL COMPANY FOR OVER 12 YEARS. His extensive dance training includes 6 years of classic ballet with the Georgette Gebara Lebanese National School of Ballet, where he met his first instructor Nadia Gamal. He is the founder of the Pierre Haddad Dancing School in Lebanon and currently gives regular classes at many schools and dance studios in Lebanon.

Learn about the roots of Oriental Dance!/ Learn a style that really had a great impact and influenced the “American Cabaret Style.”/ Develop your uniqueness with a new style.

PURE LEBANESE STYLE

Learn the dramatic and theatrical style develop in the Nadia Gamal Dance Company in Lebanon. Workshop will consist in explanation of the technique, combos and routine. Mr. Pierre Haddad is characterized by creating powerful combinations where he blends his expressive moves with powerful hip work. If you really like to experience the style we invite you to bring your dance heels and don’t forget your veil. Time: 12:30pm

Sunday February 15th:

VIVACIOUS LEBANESE POP CHOREOGRAPHY

Mr. Pierre Hadad will be teaching a sassy and vivacious routine to one of the new pop songs from the famous Lebanese singers Najwa Karam and Nourhanne. Choreography will include sassy hair tosses and fabulous turns. You will fall in love with the new musical scene from Lebanon. Time: 1:30pm
