 ing displacement' of Palestinian citizens of Israel in the Naqab (Negev) d
 esert\, and facilitating recent re-construction of space.\n\nBishara is a
  senior attorney and Head of the Land and Planning Unit of Adalah - The Le
 gal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel. She has litigated numerous 
 constitutional rights cases before the Israeli Supreme Court concerning th
 e land rights of Palestinian citizens of Israel and Palestinians living in
  the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT). She co-authored a report in 201
 1 about the State of Israel's attempt to expel Arab Bedouin citizens of th
