Highlighted on this program will also be student chamber ensembles showcasing their ability to work in the relatively demanding setting of a small group.\n\nSan Luis Obispo dance d irector Jenna Mitchell will lead a dance troupe in lively choreographies w ith the musicians. Closing the program will be a classic dance piece from the golden era of Egyptian cinema.\n\nCritically acclaimed guest artists o n the program will include longtime favorites Egyptian violinist Adel Eska nder\, Assyrian qanun player Ishmael\, and Syrian percussionist Faisal Zed an. Cal Poly Music Department ethnomusicologist Ken Habib\, a composer\, p erformer and scholar\, will direct the 35-member Arab Music Ensemble.\n\nT ickets are $12 for the public and $9 for seniors and students.
