 kat to UNC-CH to give two talks about Israel’s violations of humanitaria
 n law during Operation Protective Edge in summer 2014 and about the implic
 ations of International Criminal Court jurisdiction. Professor Noura Eraka
 t is a human rights attorney and activist. She is an Assistant Professor a
 t George Mason University\, and has taught international human rights law 
 in the Middle East at Georgetown University since Spring 2009. Noura is a
