 \nUCLA\nMark Farha obtained his PhD from Harvard in History and Middle Eas
 tern Studies in 2007. Since 2008\, he has served as an Assistant Professor
  of Government at the School of Foreign Service in Doha\, Qatar. At George
 town\, he teaches courses on the history and politics of the modern Middle
