 izes Arab American Professionals who have proven success in their fields a
 nd are furthering the interest of the Arab American Professional Community
 . Awardees are Arab Americans actively involved in their communities and a
 re professional leaders in the fields of Legal\, Finance\, Medical\, Educa
 tion\, Technology and or Creative Arts.\n\nThe Chamber also awards the “
 Champion of Diversity”\, which was created to recognize and commend busi
 nesses and individuals for their support of diversity and inclusion in the
  workplace\, in turn transforming our community into a truly inclusive env
 ironment where individuals are valued for their talent and able to reach t
 heir full potential.\n\nThis year's keynote speaker is Jacques Panis\, Pre
 sident of Shinola. In the spring of 2013\, Shinola produced 50\,000 luxur
 y watches in just nine months at their factory in Detroit\, and now they a
 re on track to craft over 150\,000 watches annually and plan to open eight
  stores per year over the next five years. With over 10 years of experienc
 e spanning marketing\, branding\, and sales\, Jacques Panis joined Shinola
  in 2010 to direct the company's product development and strategic directi
 on\, becoming President in 2013.\n\n
