 ent from worldly pleasures and to fight their desires since it is impossib
 le for the soul to rise and ascend if it dominates over its desires and wh
 ims. Whether it be praying five times a day\, fasting during the month of 
 Ramadan\, or “lowering your gaze”. If a believer wishes to remain stea
 dfast upon traveling towards the path of Allah\; he must conquer his tempt
 ations for the sake of gaining Allah's pleasure in the next world. This st
 ruggle of self-perseverance and modesty can either make us in this dunyah\
 , or break us.\nJoin us to learn how to not let worldly temptations get in
 to your heart\, and staying sincere on the path of our beloved Lord.\n\nIt
  was narrated from Abu Sa’eed that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood up
  to deliver a sermon and one of the things that he said was:\n“This worl
 d is fresh and sweet\, and Allah will make your successive generations the
 rein\, so look at what you do and beware of (the temptations of) this worl
 d and beware of (the temptations of) women.”\n\nIn Surat Al Qasas\, Vers
 e 50\, Allah says: “Who is more astray than one who follows his desire w
 ithout guidance from Allah?”\n••••••••••••••
