Deal to Bring Dubai College Students to UM-Flint
The University of Michigan-Flint says it’s signed an agreement with the American College of Dubai to allow sharing of credits between them.
The deal lets students transfer up to 33 credits from the private college in the United Arab Emirates toward undergraduate business degrees at the Michigan university.
The American College of Dubai is a private institution that prepares students to earn bachelor’s degrees at international institutions and grants associate’s degrees in liberal arts, business and information technology.
University of Michigan-Flint management school Associate dean Yener Kandogan says it’s “a great opportunity for students in both institutions … to learn from each other and plant the seeds of future global partnerships.”
