Traditional folkloric dance troupe available for all cultural and social events, weddings, showers etc. The Troupe aims at developing and promoting contemporary Lebanese dance through reviving Lebanese folklore, deriving from it, building on it and adding to their own unique dance style.
The League for Economic Empowerment (LEE) was founded in 2005 to empower the Arab-American Community, enhance its well-being and shape its future. Lead by a committed and able Board of Directors and professional membership body, LEE is committed to furthering the economic standing and accomplishments of the Arab American Community. Lee will achieve this goal by leveraging the Arab-American human and financial resources to build on the successes already achieved and secure a strong, solid foundation of economic stability and influence in Southeast Michigan and eventually the entire United States.
The Lebanese American Club of Michigan (LACOM) is a social and cultural organization. It was established in 1996 with the following objectives: To preserve and maintain the Lebanese heritage and culture in this Great State of Michigan. To render aid to any Lebanese-American member in Michigan. To promote educational scholarships and charitable projects for the betterment of its members. To participate in local, national and civic activities for the enhancement of our community. To further friendly relations among its members and provide social functions for their entertainment. To have a permanent place and run a well-organized Club, free of politics and any personal influence.
