AAI Summer/Fall Paid Field Internships Deadline April 19th
Applications for the Arab American Institute’s summer/fall paid Field Organizing Internships are available now! This is a great opportunity for rising juniors, seniors, grad students or recent graduates who are interested in community organizing, voter mobilization and giving voice to issues Arab Americans care about this election year.
Interns will be provided with extensive preparation and guidance during an all-expenses-paid training in Washington, DC at the end of May and will be a part of AAI’s “Our Voice. Our Future: Yalla Vote 2008” campaign. Positions are available in NY, NJ, OH, MI, FL and CA, and stipends are paid for full time work in summer (June-August) and part time work in the fall through the election.
Yalla Vote Interns will gain invaluable experience in planning community and political events, get-out-the-vote (GOTV) efforts, canvassing, and recruiting volunteers.
