Arab America Launches Nefsie, the Arab American Selfie—Just in time for Mother’s Day
On Wednesday, May 6, 2015, Arab America announces the launch of their new Nefsie program.
We have all at one time or another taken a selfie of ourselves with family and friends. Arab America is launching its new “Nefsie” program. Nefsie, which means selfie in Arabic, is a fun way to share your pictures.
Just download the Arab America App in Google Play or the App Store and upload your Nefsie or you can send your Nefsie directly to nefsie@arabamerica.com. Upon submission, Arab America will upload your photo to our Nefsie platform.
Arab America president Warren David said, “The Nefsie program will assist us at Arab America to fulfill our role in bringing Arab Americans together via digital media.” he went on to say, “I can’t think of a better way to launch Nefsie than with a Mother’s Day tribute.”
The Arab America campaign invites participants to enter the Arab America “My Mom’s The Best “ Nefsie (Selfie) Contest. Participants will take a picture with their mom for a chance to win a fun packed day of a manicure, movie tickets and lunch for two.
Arab America was founded with the purpose of promoting an accurate image about the Arab American community and the Arab world through the dissemination of digital media including; events and information via the web, radio, social media, and television.
