Dr. Waleed Al-Rawi- A retired general in the Iraqi Army and from 2001 to 2003 was Department Head of Research and Development in the Iraqi Ministry of Defense. Dr. Waleed has published three books in Arabic about political and armed movements in the Islamic world.
