Check out #SalaamThurday for an evening of mental health awareness and education as we seek to break down the barriers surrounding mental health within our community. We’ll be at Busboys & Poets. 5th and K St for February.

Our group of panelists will be sharing their personal journeys of living with a mental health condition, followed by a question & answer and discussion session. This event will be the first in a series as we tackle the stigma surrounding mental health conditions. We aim to establish a supportive environment that encourages dialogue and ensures access to appropriate resources for mental health and wellness within our community.

Please arrive by 7pm so we can all order food and kick-off the presentation by 7:30pm, iA.
