Students will learn a 3 minute drum and zill composition that includes classic arabic rhythms and zill patterns that you may utilize in your performances or use as inspiration for a composition of your own. Drummers will learn a drum composition and rhythm pattern based on classic Arabic rhythms. Dancers will learn an accompanying zill composition that can be used with the drum composition taught or on its own. Beginning and Intermediate drummers and dancers are welcome. Please bring your own drum or zills.
